Returns and exchanges 

Online refunds: We offer returns and exchanges. The customer must request a refund or exchange within ten days of receiving the item.Items bought between the 30th of November and the 24th of December will be given an extra 14 days to exchange for another item or gift voucher after the standard 14 days returns policy has ended.Sale items and gift vouchers are exchange only within 7 days.For exchanges the customer will be given a gift voucher to then be able to shop from the site again. The customer is responsible for returning the item (and postage costs); the item/s most be posted to us within 14 days of receiving the item. As we are not responsible for items that get lost when being returned to us, we recommend tracked shipping. Please contact us to organise a return do not send without approval from our team .

Items must be in sellable condition with all tags on. No refunds will be accepted if the item has signs of wear eg removed tags, perfume or deodorant scent or stains. Items that have been washed are not eligible for return. Please see the wash instructions card in your parcel and item description for how to wash t-shirts, jumpers and hoodies. For all other items follow washing instructions on tags.

Market and pop up refunds

Items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund unless a sale item. Sale items and gift vouchers are exchange only within 7 days. Items must be returned in sellable condition, tags must not have been removed and items must have no marks or signs of wear.Items bought between the 30th of November and the 24th of December will be given an extra 14 days to exchange for another item or gift voucher after the standard 14 days returns policy has ended. 

 

 

shipping

Items are packaged and dropped off with the courier in 1-7 working days (usually within 48hours but hand printed items con occasionally take slightly longer). Shipping then usually takes 3-7 days but delays can happen with couriers, tracking is available with all orders.
