Policies and returns

Returns and exchanges 

We offer returns and exchanged. The customer must request a refund or exchange within a week of receiving the item (extended to two weeks during December) .For exchanges the customer will be given a gift voucher to then be able to shop from the site again. The customer is responsible for returning the item (and postage costs); the item/s most be posted to us within 14 days of receiving the item. As we are not responsible for items that get lost when being returned to us, we recommend tracked shipping. Please contact us to organise a return do not send without approval from our team .

Items must be in sellable condition with all tags on. No refunds will be accepted if the item has signs of wear eg removed tags, perfume or deodorant scent or stains. Items that have been washed are not eligible for return. Please see the wash instructions card in your parcel and item description for how to wash t-shirts, jumpers and hoodies. For all other items follow washing instructions on tags.


Items are packaged and dropped off with the courier in 1-7 working days (usually within 48hours but hand printed items con occasionally take slightly longer). Shipping then usually takes 3-7 days but delays can happen with couriers, tracking is available with all orders.
