Returns and exchanges 

Online refunds: We offer returns and exchanges. The customer must request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item and then have that item returned to us with in a further 14 days. For exchanges the customer will be given a gift voucher to then be able to shop from the site again. The customer is responsible for returning the item (and postage costs). As we are not responsible for items that get lost when being returned to us, we recommend tracked shipping. Please contact us to organise a return do not send without approval from our team .

Items must be in sellable condition with all tags on. No refunds will be accepted if the item has signs of wear eg removed tags, perfume or deodorant scent or stains.Please be careful when trying your items on as items with makeup or tan marks will not be returnable. Items that have been washed are not eligible for return. For all items follow washing instructions on tags as we will not be responsible for any issues caused by not following these. If items are sent back for return and do not follow our return guidelines refunds won’t be authorised and the customer will have to pay for the item to be returned to them.

Shop returns policy

Items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund unless a sale item. Sale items and gift vouchers are exchange only within 7 days. Items must be returned in sellable condition, tags must not have been removed and items must have no marks or signs of wear. Please be careful when trying your items on as items with makeup or tan marks will not be returnable.


Items will be aimed to be posted out within 1 working day (not Tuesdays/Sundays or after 5pm) however please allow 2 working days. Once posted off the delivery time is out of our hands so please select the fastest shipping option if in a hurry. Please contact us with any questions.Shipping then usually takes 1-7 days but delays can happen with couriers, tracking is available with all delivery options.
